Request a one-time, unscheduled repair or other maintenance on a medical device. The request goes straight to our dispatch team and to qualified BiomedRx network technicians in your area, so we can confirm coverage fast. Healthcare providers and medical device manufacturers (OEMs, distributors, and service organizations) are welcome.

Do not include patient information. Please leave out names, record numbers, or any other protected health information (PHI).

Photos

Photos help our technicians diagnose the problem, bring the right parts, and often complete the repair on the first visit. Please upload clear photos of the equipment, any error codes or messages shown on the screen, and any broken, cracked, or damaged parts. Most important, include a close-up of the serial number tag (the manufacturer’s label showing the model and serial number) so we can confirm the exact model, configuration, and service history before we arrive.

Terms I understand this is a one-time service request, not a service contract. Labor is billed at $150 per hour. Parts, travel, and shipping will be quoted separately. No work begins until my organization approves a written estimate.
